Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by 12play through the website https://12play.bio or our mobile application, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 12play as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
12play reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the official website. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
The 12play platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited. 12play reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of 12play services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 12play will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or that your password has been obtained by another party, you must notify the 12play support team immediately via email at [email protected]. Users are advised to use a strong password and change it on a regular basis.
- Registration information must be accurate and complete — your full name must match your bank records or identification document.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual.
- Any fraudulent activity or account misuse will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- 12play reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 12play platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX Online Banking, and direct bank transfers to major Malaysian financial institutions.
The minimum deposit varies by payment method, starting from RM 10 for TNG eWallet. The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 and is typically processed within 1 to 4 business hours, subject to the required verification.
The registered bank account details must be in the same name as the 12play account holder. 12play reserves the right to reject or delay any transaction that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.

Users hereby agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using 12play:
- Using automated software, bots, or other systems to access or interact with the platform in an unfair manner.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors for undue advantage.
- Sharing or selling account information to third parties.
- Distributing illegal, obscene, or harmful content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through unlawful means or colluding illegally with other players.
- Engaging in any form of fraud or misrepresentation during the registration process or in any transactions.
Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, freezing of account balances pending investigation, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

12play shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming, technical service disruptions, or unauthorised access by third parties.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 12play makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. We strive to maintain high uptime, but periodic maintenance disruptions may occur.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 12play platform — including logos, brand names, graphics, text, interface design, and software — is the exclusive property of 12play or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 12play platform may contain references to or information about third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. 12play is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the terms of service of third parties separately.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users agree to resolve any disputes through the designated channels before pursuing legal action.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
12play reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that the account is involved in fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, abuse of promotions or bonuses, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform.
When an account is suspended, access to all functions including deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily restricted while the investigation is ongoing. The duration of the investigation depends on the complexity of the case, and 12play will notify the user via their registered email.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. All valid balances will be returned to the original payment method once the closure process is complete, subject to compliance with all relevant terms.
In cases involving confirmed fraud or serious violations, 12play reserves the right to freeze and hold the balance in the account while conducting an internal investigation and, where necessary, reporting the matter to the relevant Malaysian authorities.
